Appointment Booking All appointments must be booked online. Valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment. Deposit is required $20. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 25% cancellation fee is applied for late cancellations. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. Expectations are to be inside the room within the 15 minutes. Late fee of $10 is applied at 10 mins. Hygiene and Safety All tools are sanitized before each use. We prioritize your safety and comfort. Food is not allowed. Drinks are allowed if closed / cap to prevent spillage. Consultation A brief consultation will be conducted before services begin to discuss your preferences and any potential allergies. Payment Options We accept EXACT cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments; Apple Pay / Zelle Client Feedback Your feedback is important! Please let us know about your experience. Cancellation Policy
A charge of 25% cancellation fee will be placed for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
